What I collect

When you send the project form, I receive the answers you enter: your name, business, email address, any other contact details you choose to give, and what you tell me about your project.

To limit spam, the form records how many times it was sent from a connection and email address. Those counts use scrambled values rather than your actual IP address or email address, and they are removed within a few days.

This site has no advertising or analytics scripts and doesn’t set cookies for visitors. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie for my own review screen.

How I use it

I use your answers to understand your project, reply to you, and prepare a scope and quote. I may use an AI writing tool to help me organize your answers into a project brief.

The form doesn’t take payment. Projects are quoted before any payment is due.

Where it goes

Vercel hosts this website and handles your form submission. Neon stores submissions in a private database that only I can review after signing in. Resend delivers two emails: a copy of your answers to me and a confirmation to the address you entered. Google Workspace hosts my business mailbox, where my copy and any replies are kept.

Vercel may keep routine technical logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, as part of running the site.

How long I keep it

There is no automatic deletion schedule. I keep inquiries while they are useful for our conversation, our project, or my business records. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what you sent me, email hello@woodruffstudio.com. Please don’t send passwords, API keys, payment card details, or actual customer records through the form.
